Trust agent by Chris Brogan & Julien Smith

Book is about using web to build influence, improve reputation and earn trust.

Provides various hints, tips and recommendation to make you more visible in the world of Digital Nomads and make you a digital native and finally a trust agent.

Who are trust agents –They are power users of the new tools of web educated more by the way of their own experiences and experiments than from the core of their professional experience. They recommend more and more on social networking and build more on-net relationships and provide trust worthy recommendations and comments.

'Understanding media: the extension of human' (1964) by Marshal Luhan, mention the famous slogan " medium is the message'. In the internet age, even media is also the message.

Media (twitter and facebook) are extending human relationships

In October 2002, after the largest study on human ever conducted, scientist discovered what they believed to be the funniest joke of all time :

2 hunts are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He does not seems to be breathing and eyes are gazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the Emergency service. He gasps: "My friend is dead. What can I do? The operator says, " Calm down, I can help. First let's make sure he's dead". There is a silence, then a shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says, "Okay, now what"

Suck jokes are examples of social capital. Put such jokes in your blog that people, who read it, may provide this link to others.

Same like, the YouTube clip on 'evolution of dance' which is currently viewed more than 68 million views.

Same like, when you blog has some QnA session where such answers could be helpful to many and thus your blog becomes valuable to the community.

Building a trust is a like playing chess. Three methods of game is follows the same way kids play with their games. Playing, cheating and programming. Kids first play the game and when they get bored, they look for ways to cheat the game and then they share those tricks to others (in other words, they turn into programmers.
